David, who has been Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law since 2005, can provide a wide variety of services for his clients:

As an advocate, David’s litigation experience is also varied as he has tried cases in federal court, state court, and before administrative agencies. He has worked on cases with claims involving a sweep of employment law issues:
